Jam Session Details
Every Tuesday from 19:00 to 23:00, Prisma Estúdio in Lisbon hosts a weekly Jam Session built around the philosophy of co-creation and musical experimentation. Listed as an “Open Style” event, this session moves away from the traditional stage-and-audience dynamic, treating music as a “living system” where interaction and collective listening are the priorities. It is a highly inclusive space that welcomes musicians of all skill levels—from professionals to amateurs—to experiment and discover new sounds together in a respectful, non-pretentious environment.
Located on Rua da Palma, the event is organized as part of a creative association, requiring a small €5 yearly membership fee that grants access to the sessions and supports the venue’s community-driven mission. For users of jamsessions.pt, this is the go-to spot for an evening focused on genuine collaboration rather than just individual performance. Whether you bring an instrument or come “just to listen,” Prisma Estúdio offers a unique midweek retreat for those looking to engage with Lisbon’s experimental and improvisational music scene.
